2020 and now much of 2021 has brought us to our knees. You might have been awakened, gutted, stopped in your tracks, hurled down new paths, traumatized, inspired, terrified, clarified…or all of it. Experiencing something as foundation-shaking as the last 12 months ushers in a new chapter of re-grounding and re-building. This moment asks us to be honest, insightful, self-aware, and courageous. You’ve been shown what’s personally true for you and now, that truth wants to be acknowledged, integrated, and sewn into the fabric of your life.
Join us to explore how we’ll build a new future. We have a restorative and invigorating weekend planned for you. We’ll move together, create together, and find our paths forward—together.
Katie Benway is returning to lead us through a deep-dive, three-part experience that will help us deepen our connection to our souls, our missions, and our power. Each session builds on the one before it and includes a series of guided meditations. We invite you to find a place to experience the gathering that is physically comfortable and supportive. Consider using earphone or ear buds and ensuring your space is quiet and free from interruption. We invite you to have blankets, pillows, a journal, a pen, water, and any personally supportive crystals, rocks, or items nearby.
